We want you to try Earpiece before you commit. Every account includes a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying.
Because a free trial is provided up front, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or experienced a technical fault that prevented you from using the Service, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case and issue a refund where warranted.
Cryptocurrency payments are prepaid for a fixed term and are non-refundable, as crypto transactions cannot be reversed.
Email support@earpiece.app from your account email with the date of the charge and a brief description. Card refunds are issued through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method.
