These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Earpiece (the "Service"), operated by Earpiece ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Earpiece is a real-time assistant that transcribes spoken questions and generates suggested answers based on a profile you provide. The Service is a productivity aid; the output is generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for how you use any output.
You agree not to use the Service to break the law or to violate the rules, terms, or honor codes of any exam, certification, employer, platform, or third party. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the policies of any interview, assessment, or program you participate in. We provide a tool; how you use it is your responsibility.
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to your inbox secure; anyone with your sign-in link can access your account. You must provide a valid email and be at least 18 years old.
The Service offers a limited free trial, after which continued use requires a paid subscription (Earpiece Pro or Earpiece Max). Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and merchant of record, who handles billing, receipts, and applicable taxes. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments as prepaid terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.
You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by us. Profiles and content you input remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of generated answers, uninterrupted availability, or any particular outcome from using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully or abusively.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, and billing and consumer matters are additionally subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms. Any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
